I was hired to produce an event in celebration of Rohan Marley’s (Bob Marley’s son) new cannabis brand called “Lion Order.” This was a private event held in Detroit, MI featuring live music, performers, vendors, and more.
My Responsibilities
Event Prep:
Create business plan, budget & expense sheet for event
Outline all paid positions & their responsibilities
Hire & on-board team
Create sponsor deck & secure sponsor funding

Make & execute marketing plan
Event On-Site:
Manage event set up, artist / vendor load in, and more
Oversee Sound & Stage set up
Oversee Vendor load in
Manage all event employeeds
Manage teardown of event
Post Event:
Manage payouts for all Artists & Staff
